When buying a property, one must think of not only the actual property cost, but also renovation cost too.
Of course you want to have some furniture like wall to ceiling cupboards or other types of cupboards right? Unless you are the simple type lah, and just go for the normal cupboards for your kitchen and bedroom etc. How about the outdoor décor? Do you prefer to have grass, no grass, a nice garden or patio? Have some bbq grills, outdoor lamps etc?
All these thoughts came in my head lately.. and luckily there is a thing called budget!
