As wifey is getting herself into a new debt, I myself is getting myself out of one: house loan.

I have recently rented my house out to a friend of mine, so now they are helping me pay the bank loan.. so that makes me free of 1 debt! Yeah! It is definitely time to celebrate!

Dear, take out those discount cigars somebody gave us tonight ya! And the wine too! Heehee..
