I have a question for you all.. do playing video games keep your body active together with your mind?
Because if that is true, wah I don’t have to take any muscle supplement anymore, can just keep fit with just playing video games ni! Haha..
But no lah, I don’t take muscle supplement lah, exercise pun tidak sempat buat, apalagi minum or makan supplements! Paling-paling sempat kasi de-stress my mind saja after work!
Guys out there, even though you are busy with work, you must spend time with your other half, and keep constant communication with them.
Like when I have good news, I would straightaway call my wifey and tell her about it, and then bring her out for a celebratory dinner soon after.
Korean bbq dinner, complete with Soju, at the Likas Complex Driving Range there. Sedapppp!
Splurge on some good food with your partner, and try to forget about work during that time and just have some quality time with her. No need to think about the weight gain you will get after meal (because if you are as busy as me, you will have some weight loss anyway).
You can continue to think about your work after meal lah, only if you must. Haha..

I asked wifey to edit this photo that I randomly took when she was getting ready for work the other day. Kena warned not to post it, but she still edit juga ni! And now I am putting it online! Muahaha! Don’t marah dear!
I know she won’t post these kinds of pictures of herself up on her blog, so it is my duty to post it for her lah, on my blog! Mana boleh my pictures saja all the time kan? Need some pics of somebody taking diet pills once in a while! Heheh joking lah. If you all know her personally, you would know that she does not need those things at all.
